Pretty Crocheted Pumpkin

I am so excited!
Last night I finished my pumpkin from the CAL and it turned out sooooo cute!!!
Maybe I shouldn't say that about something that I made myself, but I really love it!  Karla told us to be creative with our pumpkins and make them our own and immediately I had a vision in mind.  Here's how it turned out...
I had to take pics of each section around because I pretty much decorated the whole thing with an embroidered chain stitch "vine" and crocheted flowers.
What do you think???

I'm off now to show Karla and see what she thinks too!
Have a great day friends!
Love ya's,
♥Anita

  6. Oh I love it, Anita! What a sweet li'l punkin!.. Gee, I do hate saying goodbye to the summer season, but there's no denying the chill in the air, is there?!! (at least not HERE in the "great northeast"!).. I'm starting to feel inspired and motivated though, and I think sometime soon I'll finally start some Fall decorating around the house... Have a great weekend! ~tina

  7. Thank you guys so much!

Tina, I love fall but this summer flew by way to fast and I've been having a really hard time getting motivated to decorate for fall this year. In fact this little pumpkin is the only thing I've had the heart to have sitting out. Maybe that's why I was so inspired to adorn it with flowers!

    I hope y'all have a truly awesome weekend! ♥

My pumpkins are printing out now =) I am adding you to my google reader and will gladly sign up for your giveaway. I will see if I can crochet with my fingers crossed, lol!

  15. Paula, I wasn't sure if you'd subscribe to the comments here so I sent you an email with the comment here and a link to the orange leaf. I just made up the red one as I went along, but I'll try and see if I can re-create it and if so I'll gladly share it! ♥
